Want to take Migration from Rajasthan University to pune University in third year as my father got transferred to pune. so is it possible to take admission in third year in any college in pune for bcom.

For changing of college in the second year where it is little or not is possible if the other college is under the same University. But the change of college in 3rd year is not possible even the changing collages under the same University. If your father's service is under transferable job conditions and your father works for a defence organisation, with special permission you may take admission in another college in the second year only.
