Dear aspirant
"Easy" and "hard" are relative terms. There is ko exact parameter to define easy or hard.
NEET is the official entrance exam for students all over the country to pursue MBBS degree in undergraduate medical colleges. So its very difficult to crack NEET.
Coming to your question , practically speaking it doesn't matter whether the question is easy or hard as the total no of seats is limited and constant. The ranking system is relative and it determines the admission of a candidate to a medical college. So as the total no of seats is not changing, ranking doesn't get effected by whether the question is easy or not.
Anyway as per majority this year's biology part was very easy but physics part was tough and chemistry part was moderate.
