if you are asking about the Neet PG 2019 examination and whether it is tougher than the 2018 Neet PG examination then I must tell you that some experts felt that it was a bit too lengthy and the picture based questions for much more especially concentrating on the topics of medicine, gynaecology Dermatology, pathology and anatomy

there were very few clinical questions and most of them were direct 19 hours or even short clinical cases where you have to make spot diagnosis by the looking at the CT scan and MRI

There was some MCQs with some students planned were completely out of the box and very rare facts which your questions and all this especially section c of the paper comprising of the 3rd and 4th year subjects started the MBBS curriculum world difficult to answer and a cause of worry for most of the students perhaps because of which those who had also given the 2018 examination consider the 19 examination to be a bit tougher
