Wat if I want to use my 12th class order of name in neet ug form rather than the 10th specified by them(order is changed in both as different boards) name is same

You have to fill your name, father's name, mother's name and date of birth as per class 10th certificate. The details in class 10th or its equivalent certificate must match with the details provided in NEET UG application form. As per the instructions given in the registration page your name should be same as in class 10th certificate. So you cannot fill your name as per class 12th but you have to fill it as per your class 10th certificate. Ensure that you fill the details without any mistakes.
The documents/things that you need to keep ready before applying for NEET UG 2022 are enlisted below
- Valid Government Photo Identity card (Aadhaar card, ration card, bank account passbook, passport, or any other government photo ID card)
- Personal details and communication details such as candidate and parents name, date of birth, permanent and corresponding address, active email ID, and mobile number.
- Scanned images of recent passport size photograph, postcard size photograph, signature, and left and right fingers and thumb impressions.
