In the 1st round cycle counselling you got FIEM kolkata. If you don't want to freeze this alloted College and branch then you surely go for second round of counselling and this alloted seat is reserved for you.if you not get any college in second round but you definitely get your upper choice filled as closing ranks goes down in 2nd round.
If you want to edit your filled choice you can also do that for second round otherwise your 1st round choice is considered.
