Wbjee FAQs2018 updated on 20.12.2018 TFW date is after 31.3.2018.so if one now get it valid or not?

No i think its not valid.You should have made it before 31.3.2018.

I don't think so its valid but still go and see what the authorities of the physical reporting centre says and then act accordingly.
