We already 1st year has completed in b.sc (boi) but we have 2back English & chemistry ,after that we gave 2nd year but we fail . Now next

Next is that you study for the subjects that you failed in thoroughly and appear for them in the supplementary/back papers.
there is no point in dropping after 2 years. had it been the 1st year, i would have suggested you to drop and takeup a newcourse.
if necessary, you can take up tuition classes.
