Shaji, if you have been working in UP for the past 20 years, your daughter must have been born in UP. By the virtue of having a birth certificate from UP, she is eligible for UP's domicile. If she was born in UP and also completed her 10th and 12th in UP, she needn't even submit domcile certificate because her birth certificate, 10th and 12th certificates will prove as proof of domicile. But if she was born else where but because you have been in UP for the past 20 years and she completed her 10th and 12th in UP, then she has to submit that she holds UP Domicile. But going by the no.of years you have resided in UP, she holds UP domcile. Now regarding Kerala, there are 2 tyoes of Categories to claim domicile. Keralite and Non Keralite Category. You will not fulfil the eligibility criteria under Keralite Category as you have been out of Kerala for the past 20 years. Under Non Keralite Category, if your daughter has studied her 8th to 12th in Kerala, then she can participate in Kerala State Counselling. So your daughter shall have UP Domicile. But if you want further clarification, please check the official website for KEAM which has Domicile requirements: https://cee.kerala.gov.in/keamonline2020/public/pdf/keam2020_prospectus.pdf or do let us know where your daughter was born and studied. For any guidance during counselling and admission, you can use our MBBS Companion: https://www.careers360.com/mbbs-companion

hi,

see the utter pradesh domicile certificates are issues to those applicants whose parents are permanent residents of utter pradesh or the applicat is staying in utter pradesh more than 3 years, if  your daughter has completed 10th and 12th course from utter pradesh institutes , she is eligible to apply for up state quota.
