There are many colleges across India who allows to take admission directly into second year of engineering after successfully completing two years of diploma. For this some colleges have their own entrance exam which you need to clear with qualifying marks. Some states also their entrance exam for lateral entry in second year of engineering. You need to decide the college you want to take admission in and you should start preparing for their entrance exam.
