In most colleges you get the subject of ethical hacking in btech only, as a choice.  You'll have to choose ethichal hacking . There is no such need to do M.Tach specially for ethical hacking. If you only want to learn ethical hacking then you can learn that seperately as well , through any workshop. But mostly it is taught in Btech.
