We did not do kerala state choice filling in the first round. Can we do it afresh in the subsequent rounds? And when will it start?

Dear candidate,
According to me it is not possible to register for the round 2 if you did not register for round1.You may register for mop up round but that also if fresh registrations are permitted.
Although you can apply for private colleges in the mop up round by fresh registration and also go for management seats.
