As your query is you have been allotted a seat in first round of counselling and your fee got reimbursed too but you want to with other rounds of counselling.

I would like to tell you that definitely you can go with other rounds of counselling if you are somehow not satisfied with the college alloted to you in first round. All you need to seat is just keep the seat alloted to you in the float option, so that if somehow you didn't get college as per your choice in further rounds of counselling, at least you'll have an option left with you , what you got in first round of counselling.
