Yes you can choose any date in between 6 to 20 jan 2019 for 1st attempt....and you can choose shift of paper according to your simplicity.......

No at the time of form filling you have to chopse only city for test centre ...,slot booking strats approx 1 month before paper...and you get ail or message from NTA for slot booking time..and date

Till now today there is no option for us to take the exam as our suitable dates it is only the decision of the JEE mains on that date only we should write the exam and also it is having the both offine and online mode of examination
