We have filled the DU form....now for individual colleges we ccan apply only afte the cut off list is out....right?

You have applied for the university. Now, university will provide about 7-8 cut off lists for admission in different colleges and courses.
After the cut off list, candidates will be given some time for admission procedure if you are eligible in respective cut off.
