We have to fill online fotms for PSU's before gate exam and results or after getting results?

All the PSUs have different registration dates but most of them have started in this month only so you will have to fill those forms as well and generally the registration process for PSUs get started before Gate exam and it continues for few PSUs after Gate entrance also.
