we have to give jee again after completing B tech in iit for doing M tech?

JEE Mains is the joint entrance exam for engineering, for M. Tech there is different entrance examination called GATE, there is a number of colleges apart from IIT they took admission on the basis of GATE score and also some of the universities conduct their own entrance and scholarship test.

A masters of Technology deals with specialization in a particular branch of technology. This is the reason why M . Tech gives knowledge and complete information in that field. Highly valued and respected in every industry. This course increases the mettle of the person and hence makes more eligible for job.

India are usually structured as an Engineering Research degree, lesser than Ph.D. and considered to be parallel to M .Phil. The aim of producing Research Engineers who can also get the position of "Technologist" in the Industries and Research Institutes.

No you dont have to give jee again after completing btech in iit .If you want to opt for M tech then try giving gate instead of jee.
