We have to submit one year fees of any college which is alloted to us after counselling of upsee while physical reporting or not?

Once you confirm your seat in counseling, then you have to inform your allotted college physically. In physical Reporting,
You have to submit your 1st years or 1st semester fees and other essential documents there.

Generally you have to submit your fees through physical reporting only.
