we have to upload class 12 marksheet in advanced website but i have given 12 this year and still not received the marksheet .

The marks sheet which is available online, you can download it from there. And whichever format is being asked to upload you can change it accordingly and upload the marks sheet. This doesn't make any difference and when you receive your original marks sheet you can submit it in the college or wherever required.
