As per your query question can be arranged in different manner suppose your set is A and other person has set B then the question number 1 in your set and it  can be question number 20 in set B so question are same but they are arranged in different orders in different sets

Beside this you should follow all the rules regulations and covid guidelines issued by NTA NEET And you should take your admit card and other required documemts too.
