We should get 75 % in only 12th class ie.for 530 marks or in both 11th and 12th class ie.for 1000marks if we study telangana board

Considering you are worried about 75%, I guess it is for the NITs admissions. Their minimum requirement of 75% is for your class 12th board exams. This means that the score you get in your final board exams should be at least 75%. This will not include your class 11 scores.
