Web Development or Android Developement which one should i learn in my college time as an extra skill???

I hope you are doing fine, You should learn both if you're aiming for a better career. It would increase your chances of getting a job dramatically.
Most organization hire because of cognitive versatility - in simple words, how comfortable you are with learning different technologies.

Now, which one to go first?
Do you know Java and have some OOP programming experience? Go for Android first.

Are you a newbie?
Go for web development. Start with HTML and move to CSS and JS(The most popular language currently). There are TONS of resources available on the internet itself to learn all these.
