First note that the syllabus for MHT-CET is at the same level as JEE Mains. What is the syllabus of the JEE Mains? NCERT / CBSE class 11 and 12 topics.
So, I would advice you to thoroughly study all the topics and practice all the sample question papers and the past year question papers of MHT-CET. This will help you a lot.
