well I am a 2012 graduate and having work experience in lectureship.Is that work experience count if i am going for MBA?

Yes any sort of work experience that have a valid proof, for example appointment letter and releiving letter or certificate of work experience and salary slips counts as a valid experience for higher studies and MBA as well. Just make sure that the certifying authority is valid and legal.
