Going by your rank and last year's cutoffs, it would be difficult to get any government seat through SC reservation as there are high chances that the cutoffs will increase this year. Last year 372 was the minimum cutoff among all medical colleges in SC Category and it was Shri Ramakrishna Institute of Medical Sciences and Sasanka Hospitals while this year you have scores 344. So chances are quite less. But keep in mind that these are based on last year's data and this year the cutoffs can change.
