You are BA students that means bachelor of arts. But you didn't mention which subject you study right now. Anyway BA students also be a HR. But for this I'll suggest you can do MBA course. Which is very good for you and enhance your CV also.

MBA is masters in business administration. So two years duration this course have stream also . I'll suggest you do MBA in human resource which is best.

If you do only certified course then do

• Behavioral science
• Legal issues in HR management
• Organization theory and design
• Employee training and development etc
