Hello, good evening.

So buddy you can pursue BDS ( bachelor's in dental surgery) from either a government college or private college .

Cut off for both colleges are different. You can apply for counselling either in AIQ (ALL INDIA QUOTA) or in STATE COUNSELING.

  • Cutoff is according to caste.
  • For general minimum 450-550 marks out of720 in NEET EXAM is required for getting BDS
  • For obc it is 400 -450 marks out of 720 in NEET EXAM
  • For st/sc 300-400 marks out of 720 in NEET EXAM

So these statistics are regarding government College.

Now coming to PRIVATE COLLEGE .

FOR GEN/UR : 195-300 marks out of 720 in NEET exam.

Hope you find this information useful.

Have a nice day ahead!
