What a person should do if he gets a college from all India quota and take admission in that college but after some time he gets a seat from state quota also in a college which is far better than the college got from all India quota??

Hey there!
Ofcourse I'd recommend going to the far better college using the state quota because of a variety of reasons due to which you like that college better. Ofcourse be sure about the seat so that you don't end up stuck in the middle. But yeah, definitely go to the better college using state quota.
