Hello sir!
Computer Science and Electronics are two prominently preferred branches of B.Tech. Where electronics branch helps you to study over the functioning of various electronic equipments, it is mainly concerned with hardware. And the computer science branch deals with technicalities, i.e. software. Both are two different ends.
