What about electronics engineering
hi nuhman ,
Electronic engineering (also called electronics and communications engineering ) is an electrical engineering discipline which utilizes nonlinear and active electrical components (such as semiconductor devices, especially transistors, diodes and integrated circuits) to design electronic circuits, devices, VLSI devices.
Electronics and Communication Engineering is one of the streams where you learn almost about all the concepts of science. You learn about electronics , few of the electrical and computer science (data structures ,foc and more) based concepts. The best part is the communication. I don't think anyother stream gives you this diversed yet trivial knowledge of all the fields. Thats the reason I choose ECE.
Having said that, many people do not choose this stream because of the above mentioned ideas. People who assume their weakness is in learning the programming languages or prefer a no coding stream, would generally be taking this stream, not to forget them, ending up in a software firm and becoming a developer :D Also, people who aren't so sure about which field to pursue their career would choose this, since their have an option of choosing either the software or the hardware side
all the best
