AAFT school of fashion designing, Noida is top fashion designing Institute. There are various Diploma and degree courses offered in AAFT. After BSc you can pursue any degree course.
Degree courses are 3 years courses after graduation.

You can do fashion design from AAFT noida after b.sc but I don't think you'll be able to pursue masters since your bachelors is not in fashion the or in a related stream. You can go for a bachelors course o for a 1 year course in diploma for the same course.
