After Round 2, an All India Rank of 64657 secured a seat in AIIMS Guwahati under ST Category. That was the last rank that secured a seat in AIIMS under ST Category. This is approximately a score of around 500 - 550. Now this is 2020 data and you haven't mentioned if you have already appeared for NEET 2020 or you are planning on appearing the next year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So a score of atleast 600 can be considered a safe score for a seat in AIIMS.
Hello applicant,
* The All India Institute of Medical Science is included in the counseling process from this year. So any accurate cut off is kind of difficult to predict at this point of time. I will suggest you to wait till the results are out.
*Although you belong to a SC category so any score above 520-530 may get you a good college and hopefully you may get a seat in any one of the AIIMS.
Hope that helps.
