No IPUCET is not cancelled. IPUCET will conduct admissions into B.Tech, BBA, BCA, BJMC, LLB, BHMCT, M.Tech, LLM,  MBA and MCA. The online applucations will be released online in the month of March, tentatively. It is an University Level Entrance Examination and there has been no official notification abour the exam being scrapped. So the exam will still happen. Please keep an eye on the official website for the notifications.
