The Training and Placement cell of Gyan Ganga institute of technology and sciences was established in the year 2003. The cell assists the students in every aspect of their training and placement process.

The college also provides good training for students to improve their skills.

The placement department is good, and eligible students are given much priority, but still, overall, the placements are average.

Usually, software companies arrive and offer a salary of about 3 LPA. T&P cell is good to some extent. Though the companies recruit students apart from computer science, lower salary is offered. The minimum placement salary is 1 LPA.
