I assume you are asking about engineering:- Mostly 63% of students gets placed prior passing the degree.

For year 2018:- 31.77 lpa
for year 2017:- 26.97 lpa
There are lots of MNCs are visiting throughout the year and many students get placed on the basis of their extra ordinary skills or knowledege.
Average salary is 7 lpa and which is good enough for a freshers to start work. College brings enough scope or oppurtunities for students as its their duty. In the same way if students gets sincere and study hard and good at basics and expertise in skills to tackle a real life problem then they will get a dream job for sure.
