RAC Ooty is also better. It depends on your choice that in which state you want to study. If you want to study in Karnataka you can go for this Institute. There are many other Institutions in Karnataka which are best for MS Astrophysics like IISc Bangalore. If you can't get seat their you can go for this Institution.
