Jammu and Kashmir has the following Reservations for NEET.
SC: 8%
ST:10%
Other Social Castes: 4%
International Border/Along Line of Control: 4%
Residents of Backward Area: 10%
Paharis: 4%
EWS: 10%
PWD: 4%
There are 2 Acts that we need to mention in this answer. One is Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Act 2004 which provides reservation to ST,SC and OBCs. Under OBCs, ALC and RBA are also included. The next one is The Jammu & Kashmir Reorganisation Act 2019, which reorganises Jammu and Kashmir into 2 Union Territories.This Act upheld the continuity of Jammu and Kashmir Reservation Act 2004 which means RBA reservation is still intact.
