Placements at SJBIT are good for computer science, information Science and Electronics students. And other departments students who are willing to work in IT will also get placed.

Percentage :  More than  80% of eligible students from Cs, IS, and EC dept got placed in recent years.

Companies : Mostly tier 2 companies like TCS, wipro, tech Mahindra  visit SJBIT.

Package range: As far as I know companies who visit SJBIT offer in the range of 3-4 lpa.

Cons: You have to pay a lot for things related to placements. There will be HRD classes right from first year to which you have to pay around 10 to 15k. Apart from that you need to pay for each offer you get(8K per offer).

Placement plays a very important role in students' lives because placements are the most important aspects of the students' career. Most of the students get placed in good companies like Amazon, Tech Mahindra, Mindtree and a lot of other companies with a good package in SJB Institute of Technology ,Bangalore .

Placements and the job opportunities are pretty average. Most of the students get placed but the package isn't too much, varies somewhere between 3 l.p.a to 5 l.p.a. Mostly service based companies visit the campus and there is very less number of product based companies visiting the campus.
