what about the placement of c.s in Oriental college of technology bhopal and highest package and which company has visited in this college

Oriental is one of the best colleges among those with maximum placements in Bhopal. Companies like TCS, Wipro, etc., are our recruiters. Quality is the main focus in Oriental. Special classes are conducted for the students of every stream to improve their skills for placements. Students are trained to improve their soft skills and communication skills. AMCAT test is conducted for students every semester so that it may help them in recruitment.
The placement percentage of this college is quite good, especially for CS branch. Companies like TCS, Tata Aig, Infosys, etc., visited the college in the previous year, and the placement percentage for that batch was 70% (approximately) as the senior says. The students should have the aggregate of more than 70% to appear for placements. You have to report yourself to the placement officer to participate in any drive.

Placement is good as compared to some colleges in Bhopal but not that good for core branches because most software companies come and recruit cs/it/etc, students. There is negligible placement opportunity for civil and mechanical students. Major companies are Persistent, Wipro etc with average salary package 3 lakhs. Highest package offered till now 4.2 lakhs per annum.
