What about those who allowed a seat in NIT Srinagar since it is in tension now a days. Can I transfer my seat to some other NIT whentoreport

Well it is true that there has been some tension in Jammu & Kashmir. But if you talk about the institutions then I do not think that there has been any official notice regarding late admission.
You can't change your college now. You should have thought at the time of option filling. You need to report when institute mention any specific time otherwise at the date previously allotted.
