what after 12th to do MBA and what was it's 1st step

Hi,

For MBA, the first essential step is to complete you Bachelor's degree in any discipline and must have scored at least 50% marks in graduation.

Since, you have just completed 12th or will be completing it soon, then first, you will to go for a Bachelor's degree based on your stream. It can be B.Tech, BSc. if you are a science student, B.Com, BBA, etc. Next, after finishing your graduation or in the final year, you will have to apply for the entrance exams which are conducted for admissions in MBA, these can be conducted by respective universities, colleges and on a national level too.
