The syllabus for first year is nearly same. So for first year I'm suggesting you some book which you can buy online of offline as per you prrferance.
- Engineering physics:- Modern engineering physics by A.S Vasudeva. ( S Chand publication)
- Engineering Chemistry:- P.C Jain. ( Dhanpat Rai publication)
- Engineering Mathematics- 1:- Higher engineering maths by B.S Grewal ( Khanna publication)
- Engineering mathematics 2 :- Same as above.( Best book) or N.P bali
- Electrical engg. And electronics:- V.K Mehta & Rohit Mehta ( S. Chand publication)
- For concepts u can refer Basic electrical engineering by D.P kothari & I.J Nagarath ( TMH publication) J.B gupta best one.
- Basic electronics by D.P kothari & I.J Nagarath
- Basic mechanical engineering:- D.S Kumar (katson publication)
- Fundamental of computer and programming:- let us C by yashwant kanetkar by BPB publication…..and computer fundamentals by Pradeep K. Sinha and Priti Sinha ( BPB publication)
- Basic technical communication:- Effective technical communication by Rizvi ( TMH publication)
- Environmental studies:- Environmental studies by erach barucha or environmental studies by R. Rajagopalan ( Oxford University Press)
- Engineering drawing:- N.D Bhatt.
- Workshop practice:- workshop technology by B.S raguvanshi
This is for whole year that means 2 semester.

Mathematics : Maths by NP Bali, Higher Engineering Mathematics by BS Grewal
Programming for Problem Solving : Programming in C by E Bala Guruswamy
Basics of Electrical Engineering : BEE by BL Threja , BEE by JB Gupta
Engineering Graphics and Drawing : EGD by ND Bhatt
