hello aspirant,
during counselling you need to bring documents orginal
1.the class 10 and 12 marks list and certificate
2.category certificate
3.proof id like (aadar card,passport etc)
4.passport size photos
5.neet admit card and rank card

Hello Gaurav,
Candidates are required to bring the following documents in original before the counselling committee-
- Class 10 and 12 marksheet
- Class 10 and 12 passing certificate
- NEET 2019 admit card
- NEET 2019 score card
- Category certificate
- Local/Permanent resident certificate
- Photo ID proof
- Recent passport size photographs.

Neet Admit card,score card,allotment letter, DOB PROOF-10 or 12 th class admit card /marksheet, ID proof-aadhar card,pan card,voter id, domicile of that state if applied through state quota but if applied through AIQ 15% than no domicile required...(check whether domicile is required now or Aadhar card will equally be valid for address proof)...CASTE CERTIFICATE IN PROPER FORMAT(either English or in hindi)... minimum issuing authority is SDO,DM,SDM,TEHSILDAR,ADM,DC etc....,8 passport size photographs
