Domicile certificate

PAN/ AADHAR CARD

Alloted college card

EWS certificate( if applicable)

Class 12 passing certificate

Category certificate( if applicable)

Transfer, migration& character certificate
Note:- keep 5-6 copies of each documents and 5-6 passport size photos.
