D ocuments Required for IPU MBBS Counselling (CW Category):

Certificate of Defence Personnel
– Issued by Service Headquarters/Resettlement Office.

Proof of Relationship
– Birth certificate or equivalent.

Pension Payment Order (PPO) / Service Certificate
– For retired, deceased, or serving personnel.
- Identity Card – Issued by the respective service.
- Death Certificate – If applicable.
- Disability Certificate – If applicable.
- NEET UG 2025 Admit Card & Scorecard
- Class 10th & 12th Mark Sheets and Certificates
- Photo ID Proof – Aadhaar or equivalent.
- Recent Passport-Size Photos
Important Dates:
- Application Start Date: February 1, 2025
- Application Last Date: February 20, 2025
