1. Certificate of Defence Personnel – Issued by Service Headquarters/Resettlement Office.
   
   
2. Proof of Relationship – Birth certificate or equivalent.
   
   
3. Pension Payment Order (PPO) / Service Certificate – For retired, deceased, or serving personnel.
   
   
4. Identity Card – Issued by the respective service.
5. Death Certificate – If applicable.
6. Disability Certificate – If applicable.
7. NEET UG 2025 Admit Card & Scorecard
8. Class 10th & 12th Mark Sheets and Certificates
9. Photo ID Proof – Aadhaar or equivalent.
10. Recent Passport-Size Photos

Important Dates:

• Application Start Date: February 1, 2025
• Application Last Date: February 20, 2025
