The documents you require for verification process are -

1. Two passport size colour photographs.

2. Photo Identity proof ( PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card / Ration Card)

3. Admit Card or Score Card

4. 10th class certificate for Date of Birth.

5. 12th standard score card

6. Migration Certificate

7. Certificate of Internship completion

8. Compulsory rural service bond on Rs 100 per stamp paper.

9. State/ Central Medical/ Dental Council Registration certificate.
