Below is the list of Documents required during College Joining process -

  • Provisional Allotment Letter generated through Online
  • NEET Hall Ticket/ Admit card (Original)
  • NEET Score Card
  • 10th standard Pass Certificate for proof of date of birth (Original)
  • 10+2 Marksheet & Pass Certificate (Original)
  • Transfer Certificate or School/College Leaving Certificate issued by the School/College (Original)
  • Conduct/ Character Certificate issued by the School/College (Original)
  • Four recent passport size photographs
  • Aadhar Card Copy
  • One set of photocopies of all the above documents
  • Reservation Category Certificate (if applicable) (Original)
