You should concentrate more on knowledge rather then skills. If you are trying for IAS to IPS you should have more and more knowledge for writing examination. IAS, IPS level examination ls are not like JEE, NEET examination which has particular syllabus. You should be aware of each and every thing that happens in India. You should have knowledge about gk, science, bio, maths, English subjects to clear your examination.

So keep practicing previous year papers you will get idea how paper appears. Spend atleast 10 hours in a day for preparation.
