This happens when there is excess of glucocorticoid secretion
It includes the following symptoms :
- Increase in blood pressure
- Bones become irregular
- Weight loss happens due to increase in protein catabolism
- Moon face appearance is seen
- Fat pad deposition on neck and thorax results in buffalo hump appearance
