There are many good books you can study from. Subject wise list is given below.
Physics:
Concepts of Physics by H.C Verma.
This is a classic book, used by pretty much every aspirant. Great for understanding concepts, especially mechanics and classical physics.
Irodov
This book focuses on intricate problems and requires application of multiple different concepts within one single problem. So, one should move onto this book only when they are thorough with their concepts.
Halliday and Resnick
Another classic in the world of Physics. This book is more research oriented and again needs an in depth knowledge of general concepts.
Chemistry:
Chemistry is very easily the most scoring subject in JEE prep, if prepared well. Inorganic chemistry is data based, Physical chemistry is a little calculative and Organic chemistry is heavily conceptual.
Before starting with any book, you should focus on NCERT books. Every year, many questions are asked directly from NCERT books.
Organic Chemistry-
L. G Wade - best if you are just starting out in Organic chemistry
M. S Chauhan
Paula Bruce Mahan
Inorganic chemistry -
O. P Tandon - very in depth explanations about natures and behaviours of elements.
Physical Chemistry -
R. C Mukherjee
P. Bahadur
Both equally good books.
Mathematics :
Mathematics without doubt is a section that requires the most amount of work and practice to be able to do well.
Vector Algebra, Integral and differential calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Probability and Statistics are the sections are heavily covered in the question paper.
To cover basics, R. D Sharma and NCERT should be practiced without question. But they aren't enough if you are aiming for high marks.
Calculus (Differential and Integral)
Amit. M Aggarwal
Coordinate Geometry and Trigonometry -
S. L. Loney
Vectors, Probability, Statistics etc-
Arihant Publication books are pretty good for these topics.
Along with these books, it's important to practice previous years papers on a regular basis and with a time limit so that you can get into the habit of problem solving. It helps with speed and accuracy, two of the most important things you need in order to tackle JEE Main.
Hope this helps. Thank you.

Hi Kavitha,
There are vast majority of book available in the market for the purpose of JEE Mains and Advanced preparation. Like for Chemistry having three divisions : Organic, Inroganic and Physical. For each one you can find a specialised books. N. Awasthi for Physical. J.D. Lee for inorganic and there are many for organic. For Maths and Physics overall syllabus is effectively covered by Cengage Publication plus H.C. Verma and Irodov for Physics. For ALgebra and Conic Section seperate authors are avaialble if you want to dig in dip.
Good Luck !!
Hi ! Please be specific with your question. You should have mentioned the subjects name. Well for maths go for Arihant text book series, cengage text book and practice book series. Same applies to physics and chemistry. Additionally go galaxy books for physics and Balaji for maths. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
